How much does delivery cost?Orders over $799 (before taxes) will incur no charge for delivery. If your purchase is less than $799, the delivery cost is only $75.
-
Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives?Yes. Because we use a secure courier that requires a signature as proof of receipt, someone must be available to accept delivery. Furthermore, our carriers offer a door-to-door service that does not include bringing items inside, carrying things up steps, or package removal. If you have larger goods or are uncomfortable transporting your possessions yourself, we recommend requesting additional help putting them in.
-
Why do you ask for my postal code?Postal codes are used for shipping purposes. They help the mail carrier find your location so they can deliver it to you quickly and accurately!
