You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it if you are not completely satisfied. The refund excludes restocking expenses (15%) and shipping fees ($75). Simply contact our customer service department to arrange for a return pickup.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for damaged goods. You can return any purchase that is damaged or faulty within 30 days of delivery for a repair or replacement.

-All returned or exchanged goods must be in "as new" condition at the time of collection. This means they must have all the parts, packaging and instructions with them.
-If you received free delivery, the outbound delivery fee will be subtracted from your refund.
-Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the items carefully to ensure that they are satisfactory.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro, and PayPal. Unfortunately, for COD orders we cannot take them- all payments must go through online with us once submitted!
